    Rebecca Mills

    Rebecca founded The Lever Room and brings 30 years’ experience helping organisations deliver resilient outcomes across carbon, nature and investment decisions. She leads board-ready strategy and measurement work designed to stand up to scrutiny, and helps clients build partnerships and unlock capital where trust and long-term value matter. She also helped co-design The B Team’s founding strategy alongside leaders including Sir Richard Branson and Jochen Zeitz, and brings trusted relationships across the UK, US and Australasia.

    Ella brings a rigorous, measurement-led approach to carbon and sustainability work, supported by a Master’s in Sustainable Business (distinction).

    She supports organisations with carbon management, target setting and decarbonisation roadmaps.

    Morgan Dally

    Morgan brings applied AI and remote sensing to turn complex real-world conditions into decision-ready evidence. With a computer science background and seven years’ industry experience, he works across machine learning, modelling and data systems.

    Rosie Dodd

    Rosie works across carbon accounting, nature-related risk and circular economy strategy, spanning organisations, products, buildings and investment portfolios. She helps clients quantify impacts and opportunities, drawing on experience across New Zealand, the UK and Europe, including work with Nestlé, Dyson, Dr. Martens and NZ Winegrowers.

    James McCarthy Toia

    James brings technical pattern-finding and product thinking to complex, real-world problems. He built one of the world’s largest aircraft tracking software businesses, combining remote sensing, spatial mapping and aviation technology. At Lever Room, he helps shape product direction and strengthen partnerships.

    Emma brings 12+ years across corporate and finance and a commercial lens to ESG, translating intent into measurable action. She has built partnerships that deliver impact and previously worked at BNZ integrating sustainability into core business strategy.

    Lewis brings deep experience in greenhouse gas measurement and verification, including as Lead Carbon Auditor at Toitū. He helps organisations understand emissions clearly, with disciplined methods and audit-ready delivery.
